What does website maintenance include?
On our plan: hosting with a secure address, security updates, daily backups, bug fixes with no limit on reports, small changes, and support by email with a reply within 2 working days. Big new features are quoted in writing before any work.
Is a monthly plan cheaper than a yearly AMC?
It depends on what the yearly contract leaves out. Add up a full year of the contract, hosting, the domain and any fixes billed on top, then compare it with twelve months of a monthly plan.
Do you maintain websites and apps you did not build?
Yes. Whether it was built by a freelancer, an agency or an AI builder, we look at it, fix what is broken, move it onto our hosting and look after it for the same monthly fee.
Is there a long contract?
No. You pay the first 3 months before we start, then the plan runs month to month and you can stop at any time by email. The terms explain what happens to payments and your app's data when you stop.
