How much does business automation cost?
US$89 per automation, a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. Prices in US dollars. Three automations cost three times that, quoted together. Any phone number or messaging tool it uses is billed to you by that provider.
Do you build AI automations?
Yes. Where it saves you time, an automation can use AI to read and sort messages, emails or documents, pull out the details you need, or draft replies for you to check before they go out. If it uses a paid AI service, that account is in your name and the likely monthly cost is in the written quote.
What counts as one automation?
One job done automatically from start to finish, like texting back missed calls or sending booking reminders. If what you describe is really two or three jobs, the written quote says so before you pay anything.
Are there running costs?
Some automations use paid services, such as a phone number or a messaging tool. Those are set up in your name and billed to you by the provider. We tell you the likely cost in the quote.
Can it call or message my customers?
Yes, as long as they have agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for having that agreement and following the calling and messaging rules in your country. We help you set it up so people can opt out.
Who owns it?
You do. Everything runs on accounts in your name, and you can change, pause or remove it any time.
Why does the price change by country?
We set prices by what people can afford where they live, so a business in India, Nepal or the Philippines pays a price that fits a local budget. Your written quote confirms the price and currency.
